Moscow (Voice Of Russia) Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to the Russian Federation, Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, held a meeting with Mr. Vasily Osmakov, Deputy Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation, to discuss matters of mutual interest and avenues for enhancing bilateral cooperation.
The meeting focused on expanding defence and security cooperation as well as strengthening collaboration in other key areas. Both sides reviewed prospects for future high-level exchanges and underscored the importance of maintaining regular institutional contacts to further consolidate Pakistan–Russia relations.
Pakistan’s Defence Attaché, Mr. Muhammad Asif Khan, accompanied the Ambassador during the meeting.
The two sides reaffirmed their commitment to deepening constructive engagement and promoting mutually beneficial cooperation, terming continued dialogue essential for advancing the growing partnership between Pakistan and Russia.
