MOSCOW (Voice of Russia): Russian President Vladimir Putin has said that the telephonic conversation with US President Donald Trump on October 9 focused in particular on a possible resolution of the Ukraine crisis.
According to President Putin’s statement, the two leaders also discussed the situation around Iran and various aspects of Russia-US bilateral relations.
During the discussion on the global energy situation, Russia confirmed its readiness to supply oil and petroleum products to American and global markets.
President Putin expressed confidence that Russia’s supply of energy to global and American markets will have a positive impact on the entire global economy.
The two leaders agreed to continue direct contacts between the presidents of Russia and the United States. It was also confirmed that cooperation will continue between the presidential administrations, special services and other relevant agencies of both countries.
