Experts note that in recent years there has been a significant increase in parliamentary exchanges, defense cooperation, expert-level dialogue, and media collaboration between the two countries. The forum aims to further strengthen and institutionalize these growing connections.
According to the organizers, attendance at the event will be possible only through prior accreditation. Journalists will be required to present their passports and valid institutional press identification. The Multimedia Press Center “Rossiya Segodnya” reserves the right to deny accreditation without providing a reason.
