Moscow (Voice Of Russia) : A report alleging war crimes committed by Ukrainian neo-Nazi elements is set to be presented on March 27, 2026, at the press center of Rossiya Segodnya<\/span><\/span> in Moscow.<\/p>\n

Titled \u201cDoctors of the Kiev Regime: Mengele\u2019s Legacy,\u201d<\/em> the report claims to contain testimonies from victims collected by an international public tribunal. According to the document, Ukrainian doctors allegedly performed medical procedures on captured Russian servicemen without anesthesia, inflicting pain and subjecting them to abuse.<\/p>\n

The report draws comparisons with Nazi doctor Josef Mengele<\/span><\/span>, who became notorious during World War II for conducting inhumane experiments on concentration camp prisoners.<\/p>\n

Organizers state that such actions, if proven, would constitute serious violations of the Geneva Conventions of 1949<\/span><\/span>, which strictly prohibit physical or moral coercion against prisoners of war.<\/p>\n

The event will feature several senior Russian officials, including the report\u2019s author Maxim Grigoryev<\/span><\/span>, State Duma Defense Committee Chairman Andrey Kartapolov<\/span><\/span>, Federation Council official Vladimir Dzhabarov<\/span><\/span>, and Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova<\/span><\/span>, along with a representative of Russia\u2019s Investigative Committee.<\/p>\n
