MOSCOW(Voice Of Russia)\u00a0 Russia has described the attack on the commercial vessel Arctic Metagaz in the Mediterranean Sea as a terrorist act and a war crime.<\/p>\n
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said the strike on a civilian vessel represents a gross violation of international law. According to her, the attack deliberately targeted a civilian object and could have resulted in serious consequences, including loss of life and environmental damage.<\/p>\n
