Moscow (Voice of Russia): The Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to the Russian Federation, Mr. Faisal Niaz Tirmizi<\/strong>, paid an official visit to People\u2019s Friendship University of Russia (RUDN)<\/strong> in Moscow, where he met with Mr. Oleg Yastrebov, Rector<\/strong>, and Ms. Marina Rekets, Vice-Rector<\/strong>, on the sidelines of the round table conference titled \u201cAll Flags at RUDN.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

The round table brought together diplomatic representatives and academic leadership to discuss international cooperation in higher education and multicultural academic engagement.<\/p>\n

During the meeting, Ambassador Faisal Niaz Tirmizi shared his vision for increasing the number of Pakistani students in Russian universities<\/strong>, with a particular focus on RUDN University, and emphasized strengthening bilateral cooperation in the field of education.<\/p>\n

RUDN University officials briefed participants on admission procedures, scholarship opportunities, and a wide range of academic programs<\/strong> available for international students.<\/p>\n

The Ambassador was also invited to deliver a special lecture at RUDN University<\/strong>, along with holding an exclusive meeting with the Rector<\/strong> to discuss matters related to admissions and facilitation for Pakistani students.<\/p>\n

The event was also attended by Dr. Shahid Hassan<\/strong>, Ambassador of Russian Education and Science, whose special participation was viewed as a positive step toward further enhancing Pakistan-Russia educational ties.<\/p>\n
