Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said in an interview with the Russian newspaper Vedomosti that a good dialogue has been established between Russia’s Human Rights Commissioner Yana Lantratova and Ukraine’s Human Rights Ombudsman Dmitry Lubinets.<\/p>\n
Dmitry Peskov said that the two representatives are gradually beginning to trust each other, which is a positive thing for human rights-related activities.<\/p>\n
