<\/p>\nMOSCOW (Voice of Russia): The Foundation for Future Development of the Kherson region has appointed Raja Qadeer Ahmed as ambassador of the third International Taurida Investment and Economic Forum (TIEF-2026). His appointment is effective from October 7, 2026, while the formal order in this regard was issued on October 9.<\/p>\n

According to the order issued by R. F. Sirtlanov, adviser to the governor of the Kherson region and director of the foundation, Raja Qadeer Ahmed will represent the forum’s interests at international events and negotiations. His appointment has been made on an honorary and unpaid basis.<\/p>\n
According to the order, the purpose of the appointment is to promote the forum’s international contacts, draw on the expertise of specialists, and strengthen advisory cooperation at the international level.<\/p>\n
Raja Qadeer Ahmed has been entrusted with representing the forum at international events and negotiations, initiating steps to invite speakers, delegations and guests from various countries, and obtaining the forum’s official informational material and publicising and distributing it.<\/p>\n
Separate official instructions issued for the forum’s ambassador also set out his status, powers and working procedures. Under these instructions, the ambassador will represent the forum at the international level, and important decisions will be taken in consultation and consensus with the forum’s organising committee.<\/p>\n
The central theme of the third International Taurida Investment and Economic Forum 2026 is “Education and Workforce: Investment in Human Capital”.<\/p>\n
The forum’s main objective is to promote international dialogue between different countries on education, vocational training, workforce development and investment in human capital.<\/p>\n
The forum’s programme will include a plenary session, panel discussions and direct meetings at the business level. The plenary session will discuss global trends and future strategic priorities, while the panel discussions will cover education, workforce, artificial intelligence and investment in human capital.<\/p>\n
The practical part of the forum will provide opportunities for business-to-business (B2B) meetings, negotiations, business agreements and memoranda of understanding.<\/p>\n
According to the forum’s document, partner countries will be provided opportunities for direct contacts with businesses and universities, technology exchange, joint business projects and educational cooperation.<\/p>\n
In addition, the forum’s objectives include student and teacher exchanges between different countries, investment in joint projects, and promoting the recognition of business and educational institutions at the international level.<\/p>\n
Through the forum, different countries will be provided an opportunity to discuss common issues related to education, workforce training and human capital above political affiliations.<\/p>\n
According to the official instructions, the forum will work as an international platform to promote dialogue on an equal basis and long-term cooperation between different countries.<\/p>\n
According to the forum’s official documents, special opportunities for cooperation in education, business, technology and investment have been set aside for partner countries. These include direct contacts between universities and businesses, the establishment of joint projects, technology transfer, and student and teacher exchanges.<\/p>\n
At the forum, businesses and sponsors will be provided opportunities for access to international markets, introducing their company, university or region at the global level, and gaining international recognition through media coverage.<\/p>\n
The forum’s document also mentions opportunities to establish business and professional contacts with representatives of more than 50 countries. In addition, businesses will get the opportunity to expand contacts with talented specialists and graduate students of renowned universities.<\/p>\n
As the forum’s ambassador, Raja Qadeer Ahmed will also have the authority to have his name and designation included in official informational and promotional material.<\/p>\n
