MOSCOW (Voice of Russia): The Russian Defense Ministry has claimed that Russian forces took control of the settlements of Nefyodovka and Chornoye in the Kharkov region over the past 24 hours.<\/p>\n
According to the Russian Defense Ministry, troops of Battlegroup North are further tightening the encirclement of Ukrainian forces in Kharkov and expanding the territory under their control. Russian forces are also continuing to advance toward several other settlements, including Nikolaevka and Varvarovka.<\/p>\n
The Defense Ministry said that over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian forces suffered total losses of about 1,105 personnel across various fronts. This figure may include both killed and wounded, but the Russian Defense Ministry did not provide separate figures.<\/p>\n
According to the Russian military, Ukraine lost more than 175 personnel in the Battlegroup North area, about 220 on the Battlegroup West front, and nearly 145 in the Battlegroup South area.<\/p>\n
In the areas under the responsibility of Battlegroup Center, Ukrainian forces reportedly lost about 345 personnel, more than 190 on the Battlegroup East front, and about 30 in the Battlegroup Dnieper area.<\/p>\n
The Russian Defense Ministry said that troops of Battlegroup Center, advancing in the city of Dobropolye in the Donetsk People’s Republic, took control of 31 buildings.<\/p>\n
According to the ministry, Russian air force, drone units, missile forces and artillery targeted transport infrastructure used by the Ukrainian army, drone manufacturing workshops, drone storage centers and temporary deployment sites of military personnel and foreign fighters in 145 areas.<\/p>\n
The Russian Defense Ministry further claimed that air defense systems destroyed 342 Ukrainian drones and four long-range Flamingo cruise missiles over the past 24 hours.<\/p>\n
