RAWALPINDI (Voice of Russia): The Pakistan Army’s public relations department said the Pakistan Army has successfully conducted a test launch of the hypersonic ballistic missile Fatah-2 Extended Range.<\/p>\n
According to the ISPR, the missile can strike targets with exceptional accuracy and overcome the enemy’s missile defense system.<\/p>\n
The Pakistan Army’s public relations department said the Fatah-2’s distinctive flight direction and ability to alter its trajectory help defeat the enemy’s missile defense system.<\/p>\n
The ISPR said the Fatah-2 Extended Range will further improve the Pakistan Army’s capacity to strike far-off targets.<\/p>\n
The Commander of the Army Rocket Force Command, senior Pakistan Army officers, scientists and engineers watched the missile test, and the Commander of the Army Rocket Force Command commended the scientists’ and engineers’ commitment and technical skill.<\/p>\n
President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces and Services Chiefs Syed Asim Munir congratulated the scientists and engineers on the successful Fatah-2 test.<\/p>\n
