The sudden death of the famous Bollywood actor has left the film industry and his admirers grieving; the postmortem report of the actor, who died at the age of 75, has revealed new details.<\/p>\n
According to Indian media reports, a senior doctor at Goa Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) confirmed that Nana Patekar died of a heart attack, with the findings emerging after his autopsy.<\/p>\n
The postmortem report states that a large blood clot formed in a major artery of Nana Patekar’s heart, which caused the heart attack that has been declared the cause of his death.<\/p>\n
