MOSCOW (Voice of Russia): The Russian Defense Ministry has said that Russian air defense systems destroyed two US-made HIMARS rockets and 725 Ukrainian fixed-wing drones over the past 24 hours.<\/p>\n
According to the Russian Defense Ministry, Ukrainian forces lost a total of around 1,455 personnel across the various fronts of the special military operation.<\/p>\n
The statement said Ukrainian forces lost up to 270 personnel in the area of Battle Group North, up to 220 in the area of Battle Group West, more than 150 in the area of Battle Group South, and up to 525 in the area of Battle Group Center.
\nSimilarly, Ukrainian forces lost up to 275 personnel in the area of Battle Group East, and more than 15 in the area of Battle Group Dnieper.<\/p>\n
The Russian Defense Ministry further said that Ukrainian units besieged in the Kharkov region lost up to 45 military personnel and three unmanned ground vehicles over the past 24 hours.<\/p>\n
According to the ministry, since the start of the special military operation, a total of 674 aircraft, 284 helicopters, 258,265 drones, 672 air defense systems, 31,183 tanks and other armored vehicles have been destroyed.<\/p>\n
The Russian Defense Ministry claimed that during this period 1,786 multiple launch rocket systems, 36,686 artillery pieces and mortars, and 74,141 special military vehicles were also destroyed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
