Islamabad \/ Moscow (Voice Of Russia) A high-level international webinar on Pakistan-Russia relations and the evolving global geopolitical landscape is scheduled to be held on June 9, 2026. Titled \u201cPakistan and Russia: Bilateral Relationship at the Cusp of Shifting Global Order,\u201d the event will bring together leading diplomats, policymakers, strategic experts, and media professionals from both countries.<\/p>\n

Organized jointly by the Institute of Strategic Studies Islamabad (ISSI) and the University of World Civilizations, Moscow, the webinar aims to examine emerging global challenges, regional security dynamics, and opportunities for enhanced cooperation between Pakistan and Russia.<\/p>\n

The opening session will feature remarks by Dr. Neelum Nigar, followed by keynote addresses from Federal Minister for Energy Sardar Awais Ahmad Khan Leghari and a representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.<\/p>\n

Prominent speakers include Ambassador Tariq Fatemi, Ambassador Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, Ambassador Masood Khan, Dr. Natalia Zamaraeva, Sherry Rehman, Talat Hussain, Dimitri Alexander Simes, and Leonid Savin, who will share their insights on diplomacy, strategic partnerships, media cooperation, and the future of the emerging multipolar world order.<\/p>\n

Experts participating in the webinar are expected to offer practical recommendations aimed at strengthening Pakistan-Russia engagement and identifying new avenues for cooperation in a rapidly changing international environment.<\/p>\n
