Moscow (Voice of Russia): A special ceremony was held at the Embassy of Pakistan in Moscow to commemorate the first anniversary of \u201cMarka-e-Haq\u201d (The Battle of Truth), highlighting Pakistan\u2019s national unity, resilience, and commitment to regional peace and stability.<\/p>\n
The event was attended by members of the Pakistani community living in Russia, including students, businesspersons, and individuals from various walks of life.<\/p>\n
Addressing the gathering, Pakistan\u2019s Ambassador to the Russian Federation, Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, described \u201cMarka-e-Haq\u201d as a significant chapter in Pakistan\u2019s history that demonstrated the unity, courage, and determination of the entire nation before the world.<\/p>\n
He stated that one year ago, Pakistan\u2019s response during Operation Bunyan-un-Marsoos against Indian aggression was responsible, measured, and fully in accordance with international law, a response that was also acknowledged globally with seriousness.<\/p>\n
The Ambassador said that during that critical period, Pakistan\u2019s political and military leadership displayed complete coordination, wisdom, and commitment to national interests, while the Pakistani people set an example of unity and solidarity.<\/p>\n
Faisal Niaz Tirmizi emphasized that Pakistan\u2019s Armed Forces demonstrated unwavering resolve and professional excellence in defending the motherland, a source of pride for the entire nation.<\/p>\n
He reiterated that Pakistan has always remained committed to peace, stability, and constructive diplomacy in the region, but added that there could be no compromise on the country\u2019s sovereignty and territorial integrity.<\/p>\n
The Ambassador further stated that in the current global environment, diplomacy, dialogue, and mutual respect remain the most effective path toward resolving conflicts, and Pakistan firmly stands by these principles.<\/p>\n
Highlighting the role of overseas Pakistanis, he said that the Pakistani diaspora serves as the true ambassadors of the country by promoting Pakistan\u2019s positive image around the world.<\/p>\n
He also praised the Pakistani community in Russia for consistently demonstrating patriotism, unity, and commitment to national interests.<\/p>\n
Members of the Pakistani diaspora also addressed the ceremony, expressing solidarity and reaffirming their confidence in Pakistan\u2019s civil and military leadership.<\/p>\n
Participants emphasized the importance of diplomacy, peace, and regional security, while reiterating their commitment to Pakistan\u2019s continued progress, prosperity, and stability.<\/p>\n
At the conclusion of the ceremony, guests were shown a special documentary highlighting the events of Operation Bunyan-un-Marsoos.<\/p>\n
